Fender badges?

I've been tossing around the idea of adding some fender badges to my 2023 Traverse Z71. It's a Sterling Gray Metallic, and I'm picturing the black and red badges, thinking it might add a nice touch of ruggedness and distinguish it a bit more against the darker paint. My dilemma is that I don't want to look like a poser and for my truck to look tacky. On the other hand, I think it could really look sharp.

Has anyone here added fender badges to their Z71 or any Traverse? If so, what kind did you use and how do you like them? How easy is it to remove in case I realize I don't really like how it looks? Looking forward to hear your thoughts! Any pictures of similar modifications would be a huge bonus!

There will always be two types of people for this. Those who think you're a poser or poor for not getting the real deal and those how'll say it look good. I'd say go for what you think you like the best and don't bother what anyone else says. Personally, I think it would add some sharpness to your truck, so why not?

I imagine the black and red badges on the Sterling Gray Metallic would definitely give it a bolder look, and I don't think you'd look like a poser at all! It's a subtle customization that makes the vehicle your own. Plenty of people add badges to their Z71s, both OEM and aftermarket so don't sweat it out too much! As for removal, they're typically held on with strong double-sided automotive tape. You can carefully remove with some heat from a hairdryer or heat gun and some fishing line or dental floss to cut through the adhesive. A little goo-gone or adhesive remover will take care of any residue. Post some pics here if you decide to go for it!
