Air Conditioning Issue

Hello- My 2022 Chevy Traverse is blowing hot AC. Feels like the heat is on. Sensors and coils have been checked however the issue hasn't been fixed. Any suggestions so I have an idea before we go back to the mechanic a 3rd time?
